Vision – All children will leave Deptford Park having achieved their full potential as independent, resilient and curious learners, who are ready for the next stage in their learning journey.  

Values – Our values drive all that we do at Deptford Park: 

Integrity – being honest and trustworthy, and always trying to do the right thing, even when it is difficult. 

Kindness – being kind to others, being a good friend and being helpful. 

Respect – showing care and consideration for ourselves, other people and the things around us. 

Leadership – using our actions, words, and attitude to inspire others and make a positive difference. 

Resilience – having the courage to keep trying, even when things are hard, and having strategies to bounce back if something doesn’t go our way. 

Sustainability – taking care of the Earth by making responsible choices today so there is enough for everyone tomorrow.
